Free Bali Live Yin Yoga Zoom Sessions

The year before I became a Yoga Teacher my family and I traveled to Bali for a holiday.

We arrived in Ubud and I attended a Yin Yoga yoga class and it was exactly what I needed.

Afterwards I remember thinking, this time next year I will be teaching yoga. 

Sometimes you just know. 

The following year I completed my 1st Yoga Teacher Training Course and I remember standing in the same yoga studio with my Yoga Diploma in hand thinking, intention is everything.

Right on cue another aha landed, and I knew in that moment that one day I would be teaching from Bali.

Well that time has arrived, and during July 2024 I am running Free Sunday Yin Yoga sessions live on Zoom from Ubud Bali.

If you’re new to Yin Yoga, no worries Yin is a slow-paced practice so there’s space and time to get in and out of the postures.

So What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, introspective practice that targets the deep connective tissues and fascia of the body, inviting you to drop into each posture for an extended period.

It offers a meditative approach to yoga, focusing on stillness whist in the pose and using the breath to explore sensations, emotions, and thoughts that arise.

Mantras will ground you, mudras will anchor your energy, and asanas will open your heart and body. 

In meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to connect to the house of you, through mantra and visualisation , while journaling will help you reflect on your experience and explore what ‘home’ truly means to you.”
