Feeling a little out of sorts?

Maybe your body’s been tight, your mind’s been racing, or you just haven’t had a moment to yourself lately.

This special 2-hour event is your invitation to press pause and gently return to a sense of balance without needing to fix, force, or figure anything out.

What to Expect:

🧘‍♂️ What is Yin Yoga?

It’s a quiet, floor-based practice with simple shapes held for a few minutes at a time. No pressure. No pretzel poses. Just time to breathe, release, and soften.

Perfect for easing joint stiffness, calming the nervous system, and slowing the mind especially helpful if you’ve been feeling a bit “scattered.”

You don’t need any yoga experience. Just wear comfy clothes and bring your curiosity.

🍫 Cacao Intention Ritual

A warm, heart-opening way to begin and set the tone

🧘 Yin Yoga + Breath Awareness

Gently stretch and release tension in your body, with time to settle and feel

🔔 Sound Bath & Guided Stillness

Tibetan bowls, mindful rest, and space to deeply let go

🖊️ Reflective Journaling

Simple prompts to reconnect with what really matters to you
