Join us for a transformative journey into the practice of Yin Yoga,

In this immersive workshop, Gary invites you to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath by delving into Yogic and Chinese energy systems.

Cacao Ceremony to Begin

Start your journey with a ceremonial cacao experience, setting the tone for inner exploration.

Exploring “Finding Self”

Through yoga mantra, mudra, asana, meditation, and journaling, you’ll embark on a journey to rediscover your sense of home within. 

Mantras will ground you, mudras will anchor your energy, and asanas will open your heart and body. 

In meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to connect to the house of you, through mantra and visualisation , while journaling will help you reflect on your experience and explore what ‘home’ truly means to you.”
